Our Lifetime Warranty is 100% Transferrable and does not require an original receipt. All that is required to obtain a replacement under our warranty is the original item with the original barcode label on it.

Please make sure to handle your modules carefully, taking proper precautions for sensitive electronic instruments and package them carefully for return shipping as our Warranty does not apply to any items damaged by the customer or damaged in transit.

Any Warranty Claims require that an RMA – Return Merchandise Authorization be obtained from Quantum Technology™ prior to returning an item for Warranty Replacement. Returns received without an RMA will be returned to sender.
